First video is unavailable to me. So your first gauge wasn't reading correctly, thats good. That reading looks normal now at 1500 RPM but it'd be good to see it when the problem is happening at idle without anything unplugged or by passed. The CAS code has been corrected? I'd still want to swap in an OE ECU to check if its not the tune / chip. You may also want to invest in ConZult...its been extremely useful when I run into these rabbit hole problems.
